We drove from York to Hanover just to visit during their Summerween Craft Fair. Loved the diversity of the vendors and the drinks were amazing! Will definitely go back again.

I'm a regular at this Ghouls and Grinds due to them having a wonderful seating area for me to work. Their Wifi is amazing and I've never had issues with it losing connection. Also Halloween and coffee are two of my other favorite things so they really just check all the boxes. Their Halloween decor is so tasteful and their Baristas are very welcoming and nicely remind me that I want half caf. Thanks for keeping my jitters at a moderate level and offering remote workers a place to work outside of home!

One of my go to coffee places for my morning when I am setting up my hotdog stand! Always support a business like this. Super cool inside and nice people. Baristas are always nice! Cheapest latte around too I think!

I'm so happy for this second location! The wonderful owners of Ghouls and Grinds work super hard and deserve this success. All the employees are super friendly and quickly remember the regulars and their drinks. This is hands down the best coffee in Hanover and McSherrystown. I go well out of my way to drive into town from south Hanover just to get a drink, even when my commute takes me south and nowhere near their shops.

I love ghouls and grinds! Been coming for a while now and never have anything negative to say. I was recently at the 3rd street location and I can’t have a lot of sugar but really want their butter beer drink and the woman was so nice to make me a sugar free version of the drink. It’s small things like that that are appreciated and definitely don’t go unnoticed :)

A really nice, fun, coffee shop that has a wide variety of drinks for sale and some pastries. I can always find something for myself and even for our kids to eat and drink there. They have more than just coffee and some very nice locally-made pastries.

If you like spooky coffee or tea, this is the place for you. It’s Halloween everyday of the year! There is something for everyone. I got the Basic Witch Salted Caramel Latte with 1/2 flavor and oat milk which was delicious and a treat from my typical coffee with some sort of milk (cows, oat, soy). We also got a Vampire Slayer Latte with raspberry syrup (yum!) and Oatmeal Cream Pie made with oat milk (vanilla & cinnamon). My son got a Frappe (I believe) with strawberry & peach in cream, which was a little rich, but tasty. Can’t wait to see the new menu offerings— they keep it seasonal and fresh. The staff are super sweet & friendly.

So this review is for the McSherrystown location. I did one for Carlisle Rd several months ago. Our experience was awesome here as well. Cool atmosphere. Great roast of coffee and amazing flavors! I got a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and hubby got the goblin sandwich. Both were delicious. Will definitely be back!
